Service Description
This the perfect class for hoopers of any level who want to experience the fitness benefits of this awesome prop, but also want to get creative with some HOOPOGRAPHY. Join us and LEVEL UP with this fun class aimed at maximising your skill, fitness and mood. This 10 week course will leave you with an awesome full-length rouinte by the end, that you can show off to all your friends and fam! Never Hooped before? Don't worry, our skilled instructor will provide personalised guidance, ensuring you develop your unique style within the routine. Each week, along with HOOP AEROBICS to some great tunes, new hoop skills will be taught to add on to a chunk of our routine. Hooping is an outlet for cardiovascular exercise, utilises core muscle strength as well as balance and coordination. As a form of mindfulness in motion it also has been shown to assist in stress reduction and to boost mood! We are kicking off a 9wk course starting Feb 3rd. Join us for fun, fitness and connection! *Please note - Hoops are provided, however if you have your own then it's best you use the hoop you're already familiar with so bring it along!
