You loved it so much we're back for a second term! Our StreetJazz class takes the vibrant energy of musicals and pairs it with the funkiness of Street Jazz. Think powerful grooves and exciting choreography - all set to the soundtrack of your favorite musicals. This time around we'll continue to learn new skills each week, while working on polishing one long routine for the whole term - and creating an awesome full-length video to share with your friends and fam. Didn't join us for Term 1? No problem - There's no prior knowledge needed! What’s StreetJazz? Street Jazz blends the foundations of classic jazz with the more modern moves of street dance. It’s bold, fun, and guaranteed to make you feel like a star as you interpret the music with your body, like you're in your very own musical! Expect a whole lot of drama in this class, along with some awesome dance skills that will have you moving with confidence and flair! Why Join? 🕺 For the Love of It: This class is all about moving for joy and celebrating your passion for music and movies. 💪 Boost Your Health: Improve your fitness and coordination while having a blast. 🎭 No Big Performances: Instead we learn and polish one routine for our in-class filming session! 🎨 Creative Expression: Let the music guide your movements and find your own style. There is plenty of opportunity to experiement with fun concepts and teamwork dance moves. No need for drama or acting experience - this class is all about dancing to the songs you love from musicals like Zombies, Hairspray, Descendants, High School Musical and more, purely for the joy of movement and rhythm. Whether you’re new to dance or looking to refine your skills, you'll have a blast in this class, unleashing your creativity and engaging the drama from within 🌟✨ Extra information: ✅ This class is Prep - Yr 2 class.
