This is a ONCE-OFF extra-special workshop, back by popular demand! This class is a perfect mix of lip-syncing party time and gentle workout for both the body and mind! It's 60mins of super fun, high energy dancing, with repetitive moves that span throughout the whole song. Different than your average choreography class, but you still get your fill of new moves to explore. We create a no-judgement, dim lighting, super supportive safe space for you to forget about what's outside the studio and lose yourself to the music. We always encourage bringing your own flavour to the moves and making use of this time for creative expression in whatever way feels right! So come and embrace whatever way your body wants to move. By the end we will be working up a sweat in the funnest way possible! PLEASE NOTE: This Class is held in Paddington Play centre. This is located behind the main hall - Chrystal Street end.
