WNDR Studios' mission is to foster health through creativity at all stages of life. Our Early Years Mindful Art and Healthy Movement Dance programs have been collaboratively designed with health professionals and creative artists to help Kindergarten Educators foster children’s wellbeing, creativity, and growth through movement and art. Aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework V2.0 and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline (QKLG) 2024 both programs aim to support children's development by promoting holistic learning, physicality, emotional wellbeing and social connectedness.
Healthy Moves Kindy Dance Programs
WNDR Studio's Healthy Movement Dance programs support Early Years Educators in their professional development to encourage children to engage in creative dance activities that build physical and mental wellbeing. Programs expand on strategies for student Wellbeing, Active Learning and Connectedness while actively embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives.

Healthy Moves: Dance for Physical and Mental Wellbeing

This ten part online program equips Kindergarten educators with practical tools to enhance children's wellbeing through physicality as well as emotional and social development while engaging through active learning. Developed in collaboration between Allied Health and Creative Art professionals, it blends creative dance with evidence-based techniques to foster active learning, empowering educators to deliver fun, safe, engaging dance activities that support both physical and mental wellbeing.

Global Moves: Celebrating Diversity Through Dance
4 Part Workshop series

This workshop series offers Kindergarten educators four diverse dance styles that have been co-designed with Creative Artists —Flamenco, Hip Hop, Contemporary and Bollywood—to explore culture, diversity, and connectedness through healthy movement.
Each session includes a 30-minute instructor-led student workshop focused on, evidence based and age appropriate, healthy movement followed by 30 minutes of educator coaching. Educators will be equipped to design and deliver health aligned, interactive and culturally enriched dance experiences for Kindergarten aged children.
Creative Calm Mindful Art Programs
The WNDR Studios Mindful Art programs use nature-inspired art to encourage self-expression and cognitive development. These professional education programs offer practical, fun ways for educators to create inclusive learning environments that nurture Wellbeing and Active Learning while incorporating Connectedness perspectives including positive relationships and showing respect for environments.

Nurturing Young Minds: Mindful Art for healthy minds in Early Childhood

This ten part Mindful Art program equips Kindergarten educators with practical strategies to enhance children’s wellbeing, active learning, and emotional and social development through creative expression. Developed to promote self-awareness and expression and building autonomy and resilience, this program empowers educators to deliver mindful art activities that nurture holistic child development and foster emotional regulation, creativity, and engagement.

Nature’s Impressions: Mindful Art in the Outdoors

Nature’s Impressions: Mindful Art in the Outdoors is a workshop series designed for Kindergarten educators to explore the connection between creativity and nature. Through hands-on activities using natural materials, educators will learn how to guide children in creating mindful art that fosters wellbeing, emotional and social development, and active learning.
Each workshop has been co-designed with Mental Health professionals and Creative Artist and delivered by our Workplace Trainer. Each workshop blends creative expression with an appreciation for the natural world, offering tools to engage children in thoughtful, nature-inspired art that promotes building autonomy and resilience in early learning environments. Each workshop includes 30 minute, instructor led student participation and 30 minute educator coaching. Educators will be equipped to design and deliver interactive and environmentally aware art experiences for Kindergarten aged children.
