Service Description

This class encourages dancers to use HipHop to express themselves authentically and master skills, all while discovering fascinating facts about HipHop culture and it's strong sense of community. They'll have fun with HipHop foundations like Bounce, Rock and Freestyle, get a taste for Breaking and put the moves they learn into a routine to create our very own music video. Haven't danced with us before? No problem - There's no prior knowledge needed! What is HipHop? HipHop is more than just a dance style - it’s a cultural movement born from the streets of the Bronx in the 70s. It’s rooted in self-expression, rhythm, and community. In dance, HipHop combines powerful grooves like Bounce and Rock with the freedom of Freestyle, encouraging dancers to express themselves authentically. It’s dynamic, creative, and fun - Dance for the mind, body and soul! ✨ In this class, you’ll work on mastering skills and EXPERIMENTING... ➡️ Technique // Learn the fundamentals and experiment with them to make them your own. ➡️ Choreography // Have fun learning short, fun routines that you can show off anywhere. ➡️ Freestyle // Dance for the feels - we'll get you feeling the music and engaging your flow. Extra information: ⚠️All school classes must meet minimum enrolments by the first day of term, or they can’t go ahead for the term and refunds will be issued. If the class goes ahead, students can join anytime during the term. ✅ This class is for students in Years 3-6. For younger students please look for our 3-4pm class. ✅If accessing a sibling discount we will be in touch to confirm the second child details and correct class enrolment. ✅ Maximum 10 students per class, email us at team@wndrstudios.com.au if full to join the waitlist Joining after week 2?
